Adrian Grainger FCA, BSc (Hons), ARCS (Partner)

Adrian trained with BDO Binder Hamlyn (now part of Deloitte) in Birmingham after joining as a graduate trainee in 1988. He joined Griffiths and Pegg in 1992 and became a partner in 1995.
He concentrates substantially on corporate accounting, auditing and taxation. He also has varied experience in personal taxation, enquiries, financial forecasts and looks after the majority of new business and the marketing of the practice. He is a serial networker and is Treasurer of the Stour Valley Networking Club.
He has two children, and lists his main leisure pursuits as football (West Ham United FC), cricket (Warwickshire CCC), music (Marillion), the Internet and foreign travel.
Rachel Clarke FCCA (Partner)

Rachel joined Griffiths and Pegg in 1985 after attending King Edward VI College in Stourbridge. After initially qualifying as an AAT, she continued her training with the firm and became ACCA qualified in 1998 and a Partner in 2012.
Her main role with the firm is accounting, taxation and audit for small and medium sized companies.
She has two daughters and hobbies include attempts at ballroom and Latin dance, reading and walking with her beautiful Siberian Husky.
Brian Arch FCA (Senior Consultant)

Brian joined the firm in 1964 straight from King Edward VI Grammar School, Stourbridge. After qualification and varied experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation, he became a partner in 1972 and a Senior Consultant to the Business in 2013
Brian specialises in personal taxation, enquiries, PAYE, auditing and accountancy for large and small businesses and is in charge of the overall administration of the office.
He is married with three children and one grandson and lists his main leisure pursuits as football (local junior teams and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC), steam railway preservation and Black Country history.
Andrew Thomas BA(Hons), FCCA (Associate)

Andrew joined Griffiths and Pegg in 1983 after completing a degree in Accountancy at Preston Polytechnic. He trained with the firm and became ACCA qualified in 1993.
His main role with the firm is accounting, taxation and audit for small and medium sized companies.
He is married with two children and his main hobby is bird watching. He is currently a trustee of The West Midland Bird Club.
Dawn Harris FCCA (Associate)

Dawn joined Griffiths and Pegg in 1985 after her A Level studies. She trained with the firm and became ACCA qualified in 1992.
Her main roles with the firm are auditing, accounting and taxation for small and medium sized companies.
She also does a substantial amount of personal taxation work.
